METRO LIPA WATER DISTRICT (MLWD) envisions itself adequately providing continuous and effective water service to the residential, commercial, agricultural, and industrial areas of Lipa City, Balete, Mataas na Kahoy, Malvar, and part of San Jose satisfying the growing needs of these areas.

To strive to serve the greatest number of people, and provide them with a reliable, sustainable, safe, and affordable water supply through a financially viable, self-sufficient, and modern utility.
